Start the Odoofly web UI — a real-time dashboard for monitoring projects and environments.

The dashboard auto-detects projects from the configured projects_path and displays:

• Project status (running, stopped, inactive)
• Access URLs for all environments (dev and production)
• Environment type and port mapping
